Still single, thought i met someone on here,

but they turned out to be a scamer

has been 4 days now since I last had a cigarette.

Also lost 8lbs since starting work

so I am down to 172lbs I think,

I don’t own a scale

all I know

is every time I go down

a waist size

I lose 4lbs.
