Us Weekly is reporting that Prince William, who turns 30 Thursday, will inherit $15.5 million from his late mother Diana’s estate, including stocks and shares, jewelry, money from her divorce settlement to Prince Charles, dresses and other personal items from her apartment at Kensington Palace in London. Not too shabby for a birthday gift!
Rather than having a large party to celebrate the big 3-0, the prince is planning on having an intimate dinner party with wife Kate Middleton and their closest friends. No details of the birthday plans have been revealed but a rep for Buckingham Palace noted that it would be a "low-key" and "private" affair.
Like his older brother, Prince Harry, 27, is set to inherit the same sum on his 30th birthday. Although this inheritance must be nice for the boys, they’ve never been flashy about their wealth. They've always been extremely laid back and Duchess Kate is no exception: the royal is famous for recycling outfits and buying all of her own clothes!
